We are looking for a Production Supervisor. This job is for a manager who is good with people and manage the team and can handle a fast-paced, results focused environment. You will make sure everyone follows the rules to maintain GMP and ISO 22716 standards and records data correctly in our computer system (Odoo).

Who You Will Manage: You will supervise a strong team:
• QA Manager: Checks the quality during production and handles the pre-mixing.
• QC Manager: Checks the final product (labels, boxes, and samples). • Team Leaders: Handle daily production lines.
• Team Members: 25+ production and labelling staff What You Will Do
• Manage the Team: Support your team. Make sure the QA, QC, and Team Leaders work well together.
• Follow ISO Rules: Ensure the factory follows all hygiene and safety rules. The factory must always be ready for an audit.
• Check the Data (Odoo): We use Odoo software. You must check that the QA and QC managers are putting the correct data into the computer every day.
• Solve Problems: If there is a mistake in production, you must help the team fix it calmly and quickly.

• Language: Fluent Khmer is required. Strong English is required (especially Reading and Writing) to use our software and make reports.
• Experience: 3+ years working in a factory or production role.
• Leadership: Experience managing a team of people. You must be kind but firm.
• Computer Skills: You must be comfortable with computers. Experience with Odoo or other ERP software is a big plus.
• Detail Oriented: You care about quality, cleanliness, and correct reporting.
