- Perform inbound and outbound call.
 - Provide customers support for productions/service information.
 - Generate customer interested in the services or product offered by the company.
 - Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the Customer
 - Respond to customers in a polite and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations
 - Handle the customer question, complaints and billing with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
 
Job Requirements:
- Male or Female
 - Good at computer for office.
 - Good English at listening, speaking, writing, and reading skill.
 - Good at customer service and professionalism.
 - Experience with digital savvy.
 - Can work under pressure and work complicity.
 - Follow work instructions and independently
 
Working Hour
- Monday – Saturday
 - 8h00am – 5h00pm
