• Responsible for collecting the daily complaints of work process and prepare the complaint report.
• Responsible for collecting the data, communicating with all related departments to prepare the audit working file.
• Responsible for assisting senior audit specialist for drafting process improvement and implementing fraud investigation in filed work or other tasks assigned by the superior or manager.
• Report to senior internal audit specialist.

• Having at least 1 year of management working experience in internal audit filed
• Having telecommunication working experience is plus
• Communication skill, risk analytical skill and management skill
• Good communication in English for both speaking and writing
• Other languages spoken is a plus
• Good and leadership and computer skill
• Having experience with telecom management experiences or internal audit relating experiences.
