- Identify and making appointment to Banking prospective customers, especially Deposit product.
- Conduct a direct sales to promote Banking products and services.
- Willing to go outside Bank frequently meeting and promoting Banking product and services.
- Prepare potential interested customers and updating to sales pipeline management system in monthly.
- Conduct a sale follow up report to interested prospective customers that have been posted in sales pipeline management system.
- Asist Head of Branch Sales/Branch Manager to provide private banking services both VIP retail and corporate Banking customers in order to enhance a good relationship and convenient services.
- Arrange sales logistics for sales team such as flyers, leaflets, and slide for direct sales.
- Develop plan of action and actively seeking referrals from the Bank's existing customers and other referrals from the network.
- Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports to ensure set target is achieved.
Job Requirements:
- A university degree in marketing, business studies or related fields
- Having experience in sales or Banking/Financial services is preferred
- Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team
- Females are encourage to apply.
- Broad understanding how bank operates
- Strong negotiated and comprehensive selling skills
- Good in Chinese/English communication (both verbal and writing)
- Planning and organizing
- Excellent communication and listing Skills
