• Perform MS SQL Server 2012 and other database systems installation, configuration with optimization especially for core banking database system
• Do all databases maintenance including backup, restore, replication, mirror, performance tuning etc.
• Provide day to day database administration including related security
• Make sure all database systems operated in high availability
• Develop, maintain and administration on Integration Service and Reporting Service of SQL Server
• Design and develop database systems based on business requirements and automated verification tool for data migration with properly documentation of all designs and work flows
• Provide core banking local customization and development for all functionalities and reporting
• Plan for hardware sizing required to maintain system performance and enough storage capacity
• Accountable for all product parameterization setup, customized and updated with properly documentation
• Regularly do database maintenance and backup/restore with properly documentation
• Conduct and lead user accepted test with end users to make sure that the systems functionality work properly and fulfills user requirements with all possible bugs fixed
• Identify emerging information technologies to be assimilated, integrated, and introduced within the company
• Direct the information and data integrity of the company and its business units
• Responsible to work closely with Credit Bureau of Cambodia in data verification and uploading and B2B system and other
• Perform daily close of business and make sure it completely and successfully
• Other duties assigned by supervisor

• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical details in clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical staff
• Experience in require problem solving skill
• At least bachelor degree in computer science or in related discipline
• 2 years experience in systems development using Visual Basic.NET or C# programming languages
• Experience in SQL Server database design including developing complex stored procedure and SQL reporting services, office application development and web-based technology (ASP.NET)
• Experience in systems security such as backup/restore, user access rights, etc.
