- Lead Brokerage team to find new clients for trading account opening, maintain existing customers’ relationship and push trading and achieve set target.
- Effectively monitor the completion process by reviewing, checking the investor ID application and account opening both individual & institutions.
- Review on trading account and web-based notification before sending out.
- Lead team and coordinate the Pre-IPO subscription.
- Make sure all trades are settled accurately and on time and to daily reconcile client’s cash and stock.
- Check on distribution of clients’ dividend.
- Make sure the securities transactions done by Securities Representatives are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain professional and excellent customer service.
- Lead Brokerage team to initiate the marketing plan and produce marketing materials.
- Monitor and do reports requested by authorities (SECC and CSX).
- Effective negotiation with authorities to find the solution.
- Support other departments to achieve company’s objectives.
- Make proposal to management for the business’s progress.
- Perform other relevant tasks assigned by Superiors from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holders relating to securities or financial sector.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in securities or financial sector.
- Self-motivated, independent and willing to work in fast-facing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Fluent command of both Khmer and English languages.
