• Lead Brokerage team to find new clients for trading account opening, maintain existing customers’ relationship and push trading and achieve set target.
• Effectively monitor the completion process by reviewing, checking the investor ID application and account opening both individual & institutions.
• Review on trading account and web-based notification before sending out.
• Lead team and coordinate the Pre-IPO subscription.
• Make sure all trades are settled accurately and on time and to daily reconcile client’s cash and stock.
• Check on distribution of clients’ dividend.
• Make sure the securities transactions done by Securities Representatives are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain professional and excellent customer service.
• Lead Brokerage team to initiate the marketing plan and produce marketing materials.
• Monitor and do reports requested by authorities (SECC and CSX).
• Effective negotiation with authorities to find the solution.
• Support other departments to achieve company’s objectives.
• Make proposal to management for the business’s progress.
• Perform other relevant tasks assigned by Superiors from time to time.

• Degree holders relating to securities or financial sector.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in securities or financial sector.
• Self-motivated, independent and willing to work in fast-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
• Fluent command of both Khmer and English languages.
