Job Purpose:

• Playing a lead role for Ben Line Integrated Logistics in Cambodia.
• Managing vendors and arranging operations for movement of cargo in Cambodia and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market research to find new projects, building contacts, visiting potential customers to search for new business and sales leads to send to international network partners.
2. Find and arrange suitable vendors to handle different logistics aspects where required.
3. Communicate with principals, customers, and network in a timely, productive and cooperative manner.
4. Perform operational and administrative tasks and duties as assigned by Management.
5. Oversee operations on active projects.
6. Review scope and project requirements; coordinate with customers and principals on project schedule, discuss and seek approval in case of having variation orders.
7. Update project schedule, monitor project schedule and cost, and identify actions required with relevant parties to keep project on track.
8. Coordinate with contractors, other departments, local agents, and relevant parties for smooth arrangement.
9. Record and file costs, expenses, revenues into job sheets, monthly SOA.
10. Keep track of payment to vendors and collection from customers, and principals.
11. Ensure procedures and guidelines are carried out during operations.
12. Other duties assigned by Management.

• Good oral and written English. Other languages beneficial.
• 3-5 Years Logistics Operations Experience with trucking, customs and ocean freight.
• Experience of handling out of gauge and overweight cargos is beneficial.
• Experience compiling and sending quotations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
