- Collect information from related department to prepare monthly board report to update Hattha Bank’s financial performance and position to the Board of Directors.
- Fill in monthly key statistic, monthly personnel cost and quarterly IT Opex and Capex and quarterly housing loan data, financial figures in quarterly and annual SECC report, annual Top8 report are accurate and consistent and monthly NBC report.
- Reconcile all listing (loan, saving…etc.) or other Hattha Bank’s financial figures provided by related department.
- Fill in financial figures in weekly NI estimate to KS through collecting information from related department or using run rate.
- Assist senior Unit Manager, Non-Management Financial Planning in responding to lender’s routine and ad-hoc requests and contributing to solving error issues requested for other departments.
- Participate in Promoting Hattha Bank business objectives, brand name, products and services to Individual and Institutions.
- Perform other tasks as required by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Management.
- 2-years’ experience in banking and Financial institutions.
- Competency on Business Administration and ability to handle multi-tasks.
- Fair communication skills, both written and verbal in Khmer and English.
- Fair software skills including extensive experience with Spreadsheet, Word and Power Point, VBA is a plus.
