Job Description

The main purpose of the "Specialist, Delivery Lead of Internet Banking Development" is responsible to lead the technical team on implement the Internet Banking platform included web user-interface, backend and system design to meet the business requirement banking in Hattha Bank.

Head Office, Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead agile team to deliver the quality of the internet banking product included both SME and Admin web application.
• A key communicate point between business team and technical team to make sure the communication smooth and effectively.
• Translate all the business requirement or product requirements to technical requirements for Agile team.
• Provide the technical solution to the agile team and feedback loop to ensure team are on track and motivated.
• Oversea the technical issues, blocking within the project and resolved those issue to meet the project timeline.
• Working with Head Department to align the technical strategy within the project implement and future roadmap.
• Working with DevOps and Solution architect for facilitate the development in Agile team.
• Participating on the product testing included customer facing and back office facing web interface.
• Provided the weekly report on technical progress of the project to direct supervisor.

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, IT and Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in software development.
• 2+ years’ experience in Agile development mythology.
• Good at technical skill included design, analysis, and implement.
• Strongly experienced on Web user-interface and user-friendly design.
• Know of the backend programming language Java and framework included Spring/Spring Cloud.
• Good knowledge at OOP, MVC, RESTful, Microservices design.
• Well communication and experienced to lead small team.
• Really good at problems solving skill.
• Good at SWOT analysis in team and finding improvement area.
• Good at project management and defined project scopes.
• Experienced working with Docker, Kubernetes.
• Basic knowledge in any cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
