• Provide outstanding and consistent advice and service to improve customer’s experience; especially, Chinese customers

• Processing banking transactions involving Saving Account, Current Account and Fixed Deposit Account in accordance with the prevailing procedures and internal guidelines of the department/branch

• Process new account opening and ensure the efficiency and accuracy of processing

• Achieving branch sale target (deposit)

• Minimum finished Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or related field

• Good at written and spoken English and Chinese is a plus

• Having experience dealing with Chinese Customers

• Be able to go out for hunting new deposit customers

• Computer Literate, in particular Microsoft Office application

• High commitment and self-direct.
