Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide training course to new and existing staff as core banking system, all products, policies, procedures and other guidelines upon approval, provide orientation, foundation, and other internal training courses to related staff.
  • Provide orientation internal training courses in assigning training program to new/existing staff about core products, policies, procedures and other guidelines.
  • Participate to develop training materials (handouts, slide presentations, other supporting materials, etc.)
  • Provide other complementary courses such HR policies, Fraud Awareness, Treasury, Accounting, Selling Skills, and other appropriate assigned subject upon approval
  • Participating in doing Training Need Assessment (TNA) and annual training plan.
  • Participate in keeping all lesson in lesson stock follow Training Filling Management Manual.
  • Execute the examination tests, tracking training score, and reporting. Participate in training recording and tracking.
  • Involve in coaching and supporting to operational staff for branches as needed. Participate in getting 360 Feedback of training delivery to improve training courses, modify training approaches, and observe the effectiveness of the changes.
  • Search and screening the suitable training course for staff.
  • Participate to develop and improve training manuals, and training materials.
  • Help to coordinate training administrative job upon requested. Support to execute OJT program for trainees, follow-up, collecting and tracking OJT result.
  • Perform other task as assigned by supervisor or management.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in business or related field, and have Pedagogy and curriculum development skill is preferable.
  • Knowledge and experience in MFI or bank are preferable.
  • Knowledge of range methods for conducting learning needs analysis of a team and individual level is preferable.
  • Experience in some area of training, staff development, banking, and training field.
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and E-mail.
  • Demonstrate high level of honesty, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior.
  • Good moral and interpersonal communication, creative, dynamic, and healthy, English at upper level of writing, speaking, and listening skill, Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivation.
  • Be available to travel to rural areas.
