• Ensure financial report is accurately prepared based on data from system in accordance with CAS and submit to Group Company and users on timely manner.
• Ensure statutory financial statements comply with required accounting standards and guidelines issued by NBC.
• Prepare CoA report to NBC following CAS and CIFRS.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Review the policy and procedures of the Bank to ensure that it is comply with the group’s accounting policy and procedure.
• Monitor daily accounting transactions to be sent to Group Company.
• Provide sufficient data to Group for TFRS conversion.
• Perform analytical review of the report under TFRS.
• Prepare reporting package as the requirement under TFRS.
• Prepare reporting as the requirement under USGAAP.
• Update the new law and regulation to Group Company (Fin GRC) on the quarterly basis.
• Coordinate, monitor and disclose related parties’ transaction on time.
• Coordinate and respond to any inquiries or request by Group Company.
• Involve in accounting related projects required by Group Company.
• Conduct training on financial reporting as required.
• Lead and manage staffs under Financial Reporting Department.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Full commitment to Hattha Bank’s vision, mission, purposes, values, procedures and objectives.
• Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance or other related fields (Pursuing/Qualified ACCA is preferable).
• At least 5 years professional experiences in accounting and tax related fields.
• Experience as external auditor and have knowledge in CIFRS is an advantage.
• Have a good skill in MS Office includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email.
• Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and long-hours, highly self-motivated, strong sense of urgency with high level of commitment and determination in delivering a great result.
• High proficiency in writing, speaking, reading, and listening English.
