- Work closely with all related departments to facilitate the regular work flows between branches to Head Office (HO);
- Work closely with Training Unit and Recruitment Unit to ensure that the on-time staff recruitment and training at branch offices are achieved as planned;
- Monitor and follow up the staff movement contract, staff transfer, staff deployment, staff appraisal and staff document requirement by closely working with HR.
- Communicate with PMs/BMs regularly to inform about branch performance, and find way to reward high performing staff/branch, and take necessary disciplinary/corrective actions for the poor performance staff/branch;
- Manage and arrange the in- and out- letters and requisitions from/to branches to/from HO. Work as the information, documents and resources of information center for branches information and awareness;
- Identify and clarify the current internal compliance practices, controls diagnosing and developing enhanced procedures to ensure companywide compliance with all financial and core operational system requirements;
- Facilitate the deployment of Internal Control Program according to internal control scope of work, perimeter and methodology;
- Perform on-site internal control reviews at branch levels and provide technical support to branches on operational related-works;
- Propose the findings and issues of the assessment reports of the review performed by DOM/OM for the management discussion and solutions;
- Corporate with BMs/PMs to ask for information related to any concerns and then consolidate all those problems and send to DOM/OM to be settled;
- Be the representative of Operations Department for the support service relations;
- Prepare all required operations reports on a regular basis;
- Consolidate the reports from the Branch Support Officers and propose changes and improvement in operation’s procedures to ensure quality;
- Monitor all branches on office environment, aesthetic and hygiene;
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the OM/COO.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in operations role and preferably within MFIs, Financial Leasing and/or Banking;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, verbal and/or written Korean is an advantage;
- Knowledge of principles and practices of supervision and technical support, knowledge of basic business principles;
- Experienced in making presentations and proven ability to achieve operational targets;
- Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team;
- Proficient working knowledge of relevant computer applications;
- Great attention to detail and a result-driven approach;
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities; and
- Certification of quality control is a strong advantage.
