• To assist in preparing and revising annual budget plan;
• To assist in producing report on the budget& actual comparison by branch and CP bank as a whole;
• To assist in preparing of monthly management accounting reports including a review of the various critical ratios and covenants for management, board of directors, lenders and NBC;
• To facilitate and monitor appropriate budget utilization by the departments and branches;
• To perform monthly variance analysis and forward looking projections for the businesses as required and investigate reasons for significant variances;
• To assist in preparing and updating budget user guideline and template.
• To assist in facilitating and training department and branches on how to prepare their annual budget plan
• Performs other Tasks as assigned by relevant managers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team;
• Availability to start as soon as possible;
• Excellent analytical, communication and inter-personal skills;
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver outputs in a timely manner;
• At least one years of finance and accounting experience preferably in a MFI or Commercial Bank;
• Very good in English with good written and oral communication skills;
• Strong computer literacy such as Microsoft Offices (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, etc.),
• Understanding the Core Banking System, Internet, E-mail, etc;
