Job Responsibilities
- Perform inbound and outbound calls
- Provide customers support for productions/service information
- Generate customer interested in the services or product offered by the company.
- Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the Customer
- Respond to customers in a polite and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations
- Handle the customer question, complaints, and billing with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism

Working Hour
- Monday – Saturday
- 8h00am – 5h00pm
