Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh

• Conduct branch visit and check loan file to ensure every document are applied with underwriting procedure.
• Field visit and evaluate assessment process of branch staff (CCC and CCT)
• Follow up loans in branch that have MCC/SMCC conditions.
• Desk review on selected loan files that approved by BM or BrCC.
• Conduct refreshment training of underwriting procedure to CCT and CCC.
• File reports of Underwriting Control to Unit Manager and Head of Credit Department.
• Perform tasks which assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor degree in banking/finance, business, economics, or other equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year working experience related to credit or financial analysis. Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding and knowledge of microfinance and banking sector.
• Good interpersonal communication, team work, and result-oriented.
• Sound computer literacy, particularly in Word, Excel, Internet, and Email.
• Proficiency in English is a plus advantage.
• High commitment with strong work ethics and integrity.
