Roles & Responsibilities:

Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh

  • Assist supervisor to work with sales and marketing teams to plan sales target and campaigns and provide necessary support to drive growth of card users and transactions.
  • Work closely with sale team on merchant recruitment.
  • Be proactive in monitor marketing campaigns and promotions and its performance.
  • Assist to create and maintain ATM/Merchant penetration, brand awareness and unique positioning in the market.
  • Assist in conduct online and offline market and competition research (market information, competitor move, customer and staff experience feedback, product challenges).
  • Enhance features of e-Payment channel as well as corporate partnership opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication with merchant and corporate partners.
  • Assist in preparing the necessary material.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related fields.
  • 1-year experience in acquiring operation or product development planning and implementation at banks and/or MFIs.
  • Good sales and marketing skills monitor marketing program and campaign design.
  • Be able to communicate in English language with basic presentation skill.
  • Be able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
  • Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
  • Be creative and attentive to details.
  • Be available to travel to rural areas.
