Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide reliable information on products and services to clients and the public;
  • Plan different activities to improve customer service;
  • Efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs;
  • Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone;
  • Assist in developing and updating the customer service policy, client complaint and solution mechanism;
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating training on customer service, client complaint and solution mechanism;
  • Professionally handle incoming suggestions from clients and ensure all issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly;
  • Maintain a balance between company and customer benefit in decision making for improvement;
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience;
  • Responsible for compiling and generating reports related to customer services and complaint;
  • Monitor and follow up the implementation of policy; and
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the MRUM/MPM.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, management or other related skills.
  • Both genders, but female is priority.
  • Know well Microsoft Office, E-mail & Internet, Computer.
  • Eager to learn and gain new experiences (curious person with passion).
  • Honest, hard-working, patient and be able to work under pressure.
  • Friendly, morality, and high responsible for works.
  • Strong responsibilities.
  • Willing to work as a team or individual
  • Knowledge at Micro-finance and development is preferable
  • Good English in writing, speaking, reading and listening.
  • Be able to travel to the provinces.
