• Local Cambodian
• 2 years of experience in industrial relations field in garment factory is a plus
• Excellent command of spoken Chinese
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Outlook)
• Strong communication skill and detail-oriented
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Responsible, independent and Honest
