Job Requirements:
- Local Cambodian
- 2 years of experience in industrial relations field in garment factory is a plus
- Excellent command of spoken Chinese
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Outlook)
- Strong communication skill and detail-oriented
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Responsible, independent and Honest
