Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Talent acquisition according to company and department requirement
  • Lead the recruitment team (workers and staffs)
  • Approach different recruitment channels for recruitment, eg: organization, website, agency, newspaper, social network, booth, poster, PA system, walk-in
  • Publicise and manage the recruitment channels
  • Explore new recruitment channels
  • Strengthen and standardize recruitment SOP
  • Filter and choose candidate that is able to fulfil vacancy’s requirement
  • Conduct and arrange first interview for qualified candidate
  • Prepare weekly recruitment report and after interview report
  • Review and update all job descriptions
  • Good relation with department head, employees and candidates
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Local Cambodian
  • 1- or 2-years’ experience in manufacturing company in preferable
  • Fresh graduate and willing to learn is welcome to apply
  • Language: Khmer, English or Chinese
  • Computer Literate - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
  • Communication skill & detail oriented
  • Willing to accept challenges to explore more channels and attract right talents for company expansion
  • Potential to lead the recruitment team and explore more on talent acquisition project
