Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assist the RUM in human resources planning and recruiting manpower as required;
  • Assist in determining job descriptions and qualifications requirements for the positions to be recruited;
  • Arrange posting the vacancy announcement in attracting candidates from the public;
  • Coordinate schedule and arrange the venue for recruitment interview;
  • Administer procedural compliance of employees’ information and all requirements of employment;
  • Validate all required documents for employment and assist the newly recruited employees in the process of furnishing those requirements;
  • Conduct the reference checks to ensure that the selected candidate is clear from involvement of any illegal act or misbehavior in his/her previous job;
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures on recruitment;
  • Keep the recruitment module of the HRMiS system up-to-date at all times.
  • Assist in negotiating with candidates on compensation and benefits as may deem necessary;
  • Notify candidates upon the job offer and gather all the required documents;
  • Coordinate and conduct staff satisfaction survey to comply with staff annual salary's increment;
  • Coordinate and build relationship with Universities and/or National Employment Agency for expanding employment;
  • Arrange filing all application documents of succeed, drop off, and potential candidates for a recruitment pool in future;
  • Participation social events, career fairs, and other event organized by universities or colleges;
  • Embed job announcement by communities toward attracting candidates from within;
  • Process job recruitment with recruitment agents, recruitment link group, and/or daily active on social media;
  • Perform other tasks related to recruitment or employment as may be assigned by the RUM and/or HRM.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in human resource management, finance and banking or any related field.
  • 1-year experience in recruitment and selection is a plus.
  • Good interviewing skills for establishing rapport with candidate and gathering information for hiring decisions.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
  • Able to travel to various branch locations as needed.
  • Good in communication and presentation skill.
  • Good communication in English language.
  • Good computer competency (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power point, etc.).
