• Responsible for overall training program
• Develop and deliver training courses
• Develop and keep update training courses based on the actual needs
• Effectively manage the quality of courses by strictly monitor the past training evaluation
• Follow up the training courses, including but not limited to conduct data analysis and provide discussion meeting with workers
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Local Cambodian
• 1- or 2-years’ experience in manufacturing company in preferable
• Experience as trainer is preferable
• Language: Khmer, English or Chinese
• Computer Literate - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
• Communication and presentation skills
• Build relationship, self-motivated and patient
