1.Set up new internal leasing / sales team across all projects.
2.Train and coach team to ensure the company’s objectives are met.
3.Maintain relationships and work closely with clients and other teams.
4.Manage clients /owners enquires / issues.
5.Develop and implement marketing strategies.
6.Manage profit & loss, leases and contracts.
7.Establish work parameters - plans, budgets, targets and KPI’s.
8.Ensure all policies and procedures comply with the company’s rules, regulations and policies.
9.Perform other duties as assigned by COO / Director.
Job Requirements:
| MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education/ Experience -Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification. -Experience in leasing and/or sales. -Strong understanding of customer and marketing dynamics. -Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and the result of strategies. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities -Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel …etc.) -Be self-motivated, flexible and work well under pressure. -Be willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities. -Active, Friendly, Honest and Reliable. -Honesty, Positive, Energetic, and hard-working -Demonstrated ability to work with and across different teams -Strong command of English, both speaking and writing (Chinese a plus). |
