• Research and develop existing marketing and promotional tools
• Prepare plan and identify potential branches to conduct any promotion activities;
• Initiate and innovate new marketing tools appropriate to fit the target market;
• Develop and provide creative concepts to designers
• Promote branding locally and internationally including in the dissemination of information;
• Assist field staff in conducting promotion of products and services;
• Liaise and build promotional networks, public relations, and media networks;
• Liaise with the public and stakeholders;
• Participate in setting up promotion and marketing tools;
• Involving in surveys/researches.

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, economics or equivalent;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts;
• Experience with MFI/banking sector;
• Experience in some graphic design will be advantage;
• Good command in spoken and written English
• Knowledge in MFI sector or development is preferable;
• Be able to travel to provinces;
