Roles & Responsibilities:
| • Develops marketing programs targeted to channel, retailers, consumers and distributors
• Develops a trade promotional plan with key customer and channels
• Develops creative briefs for programs and publications working with external agencies
• Working closely with the Sales and brand marketing team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with objectives and targets
• Frequent communication with teams to support data collection, issue resolution and requests
• Provide leadership to the business planning and strategic planning process |
Job Requirements:
| • Bachelor Degree in Business or Sales and Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Trade Marketing from FMCG
• Good written and spoken English
• Computer literate: MS office, e-mail and others are preferred
• Good analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Able to work independence and work as a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving skill
• Highly motivated and passionate about trade marketing
• Hardworking, honest and patient |
