- Involve and assist in IPOs projects such as Legal Due Diligence and documentation.
- Coordinate and facilitate with lawyers, SECC and CSX and other authorities in connection with the deals.
- Draft, review and comment on legal issues as instructed by Supervisors.
- Monitor and verify the transaction of brokerage department to comply with the authorities’ regulations and laws.
- Conduct Compliance Training on Know Your Customer/Customer Due Diligence and Anti-Money Laundering and Combatting Financing Terrorism to relevant staffs.
- Perform other relevant tasks assigned by Superiors from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Law.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in securities or financial sector.
- Self-motivated, independent and willing to work in fast-facing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Fluent command of both Khmer and English languages.
