• Responsible for execution of corporate finance mainly for IPO, Corporate Bond and M&A
• Liaise with investors and other professionals in due diligence, execution, documentation and relationship management with corporate clients
• Ensure all major projects are in compliance with local & international regulation
• Perform other related duties which will be assigned by Top Management from time to time.

• Degree holders in Business related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Well knowledge of securities business.
• Good at financial analysis.
• Self-motivated, independent and willing to work in fast-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
• Fluent command of both spoken and written English.
