Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh
- Maintain and review product performance.
- Regular market survey and observation to identify the potential consumer initiative in supporting business growth.
- Assist in enhancing or revising the existing credit product to response the market change and to keep these products being competitive and attractive in market demand.
- Assist team to prepare plan and deliver training to relevant staff on credit product
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor and Unit/Skill Senior Manager
Job Requirements:
- Require in year 4 or Fresh graduate student in Finance and banking, Economics, or another related field.
- Equip with good understanding and knowledge of microfinance and banking products, especially credit products and/or services is a plus.
- Good in communication skill and ability to work as a team.
- High personal morality and able to work under pressure
- Good English knowledge.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to provincial branch office.
