Job Duties:
- Making and creating announcement or Job posting in social media
- Involving in recruitment activities or events as required
- Head-hunting in social network, or references
- Review candidate CVs and find out the qualified candidates
- Shortlist candidate and schedule for interview with manager
- Update staffs confirmed 2 times per week of outlet
- Other tasks assign by Manager
Job Requirements:
Technical Requirement
- Bachelor degree in HR or business management or related field
- 1-2-experience in HR recruitment
- Knowledge HR practices, and related local labor regulation
- Knowledge of hospitality, F&B
- Sound of English language, & computer literacy (Ms. Office)
- Sound of leadership, communication, and management
Personality Requirement
- Excellent morality & professionalism
- Very good in interpersonal relationship
- High patient and strong commitment
- Curiosity, result-oriented, and team player
- Soundness of leadership
