• Review, develop and implement China marketing strategy, planning, budget control
• Review, develop and implement China brand strategy
• Increase brand awareness through digital marketing, social media and traditional media channels focusing on Chinese speaking users
• Manage China marketing materials, sales materials, website, social media
• Be responsible for China end users and Chinese database management
• Manage China product planning initiatives and calendar/execute to best support business growth, to assure maximum return on investment and to build a distinctive edge over competitors
• Ensure the Chinese delivery team is operating as a sufficient point of contact for any matters specific to customers originated by the sales team
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Chinese clients
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key Chinese-speaking accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Identify and grow opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth
• Assist with severity requests, issues or escalations as needed.
