Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for three major fields in compliance: Social, Technical and Environmental
  • Responsible to develop and oversee control systems to prevent and deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within and outside of the company and evolve best practices in compliance control
  • Revise and implement procedures and policies
  • Advise and identify the possible compliance risks for any new implementation and regulations
  • Constantly conduct internal audit
  • Lead customers’ audits
  • Follow up with the findings from audit and deal with each department for correction and improvement
  • Prepare reports for management review
Job Requirements:
  • Local Cambodian
  • 2-3 years’ experience in compliance field, experience in garment factory is a plus
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English or Chinese
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Outlook)
  • Strong leadership and communication skill
  • Detail-oriented, Problem solving skill Proactive and able to work under pressure
