- Legal investigation on dealings/contracts/ and advising to relevant departments

- Correspondence to legal questions

- Managing lawsuit & other dispute & advising to relevant departments

- Monitoring on legal status related to bank’s each activities & maintaining the lawfulness

- Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Department

- Bachelor Degree in Law or any related degree

- At least 2-year experience in legal or related filed in banking or financial industry or law firm

- Good command English and Khmer both in writing and speaking

- Understanding banking financial institution is preferred

- Attention to detailed or accuracy

- Independent judgment with strong analytical capacity & creativity
