| JOB PURPOSE: Legal and Contract Officer is roles is to provide legal contract and administrator support to Legal, Contract, and Documents Teams and perform other works assigned by Company. The Legal and contract officer will report to Legal and Contract Manager. |
Job Requirements:
| PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES : 1. Draft and review contracts/ agreement to be signed with supplier, service providers, contractors, and customers 2. Monitor the implement of agreement/ contract and review contractual performance to ensure compliance with team ad conditions. 3. Ensure the contract are properly entered into company database and securely file and maintained 4. Prepare/draft various letter in Khmer and English regarding various subject to government institution, authorities, banks and customers 5. Conduct legal research and translation upon request 6. Prepare other official and legal document 7. Perform other task as required by Company |
