- Assist with the entire recruitment process (drafting job descriptions, advertising, selection, interview arrangements, screening, summarizing results, etc);
- Maintain the personnel filing system and ensure they are managed in line with internal policies;
- Manage the leave records and attendant for all employees;
- Provide monthly reports as required
- Another task assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of management or other related fields
- Good communications skills in spoken and written English (Chinese is plus)
- Self-motivated, driven to deliver, proactive and flexible;
- Good organization and planning skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Chinese speaking is priority
