- Register thumbprint for new staff and make access card for new Manager
- Control staff & management attendance both of Head Office and Front Office
- Control staff & management leave record both of Head Office and Front Office
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly Staff & Management’s attendance
- Prepare and control staff uniform for Operation Honda, Kubota and Collection
- Support for receiving application form of Life improvement and Scholarship
- Support to make contract for Life improvement and Scholarship
- Follow up and collect document sent province
- Support weekly & Monthly Excom data
- Other duties are assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or other related fields
- No need experience
- Good in English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening)
- Computer knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet & Email)
- Be honest, team work, and good communication skill.
- Confident negotiating skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
