Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the entire recruitment process (drafting job descriptions, advertising, selection, interview arrangements, screening, summarizing results, etc);
  • Maintain the personnel filing system and ensure they are managed in line with internal policies;
  • Manage the leave records and attendant for all employees;
  • Provide monthly reports as required;
  • Update training report and activities; and
  • Assist with general administration work.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of the Cambodian Labor Law;
  • Excellent communications skills in spoken and written English;
  • Self-motivated, driven to deliver, proactive and flexible;
  • Excellent organization and planning skills; and
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
