• Supervise core banking system management and support activities;
• Manage the day-to-day execution of project and plan;
• Maximize the core banking system running smoothly with heathy performance;
• Work closely with software development and digital team;
• Work with software vendor to get fix of issue as soon as possible;
• Response ad lead team to analyze the gap between current system and business workflow;
• Delegate, coordinate, and create a motivational environment;
• Regularly maintain database and table indexing, and other services;
• Assist in development of the Institution’s technology strategy;
• Develop technology research capacity and capability to meet with the Institution’s business;
• Manage and configure system and database high availability, mirroring/log shipping;
• Maintain and support tasks related with Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC); and

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is required;
• At least 2 years work experience in core banking management and support;
• Knowledge of system and database administration;
• Knowledge and good concept of accounting system;
• Knowledge of programming languages such as ASP.net, C#, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Java Script;
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill;
• Be friendly, honestly, responsible, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure;
• Good command in spoken and written English
