Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities /Duties:

1. Provide support to supervisors and staff for maintained PCs and solving staff’s problem related to I.T field.

  • Mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems to staff.
  • Ensuring users get maximum benefits from I.T skill of their works.
  • Providing support, I.T consultant, including procedural documentation and relevant their works.
  • Providing training and development relevant I.T skill to staff.
  • Organize or Files staff’s documents follow I.T infrastructure of company.
  • Process employee requests for I.T equipment complying with I.T policies and Company policies.
  • Create and assign door security card for staff attendance and entrance.
  • Setting up new users accounts, profiles, email and dealing with password issue.
  • Closed and disabled user account profile and email for resigned staff.

2. Monitoring, Maintaining Server systems, Network systems and Camera Security systems.

  • Monitor daily camera security.
  • Monitor daily I.T Request in Zoho support system.
  • Monitor activity of server processing and Traffic Networking and Internet connection.
  • Monitor antivirus license, hosting expiration and domain expiration.
  • Checking computer equipment for electrical safety.
  • Monitor back up schedule for whole company data.
  • Ensure the daily database backup.

3. System Development and Training

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards.
  • Learning the new technology related software and hardware.
  • Prepare tutorial and setup guide for some software.
  • Prepare some training course to staffs, if has request.
  • Develop medium system for any departments, if has request.

4.Perform other related duties as required

  • Mission to farm
  • Work overtime in case urgent task
  • Respect deadline
  • Improve I.T skill
Job Requirements:

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant job descriptions, PC maintenance, networking maintenance and System development in Advanced.
  • Experience in cisco product setup and VMware product
  • Effective verbal and listening communications skills
  • Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, and proposals
  • Anti-Virus software
  • Networking TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Hardware configuration (Printer, Scanner, Router, Firewall, Mikrotik, Cisco, Fortinate, Unify Router Wifi)
  • Database (Sql server, mySql server, MS Access)
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize work, work under pressure and complete multiple tasks effectively
  • Be consistent and fair.
