- Check with update with customer complaint and pass to related team.
- Confirm and verify the problem with customer
- Support and remote to check configuration on customer's router
- Support fiber trouble shoot team to check the customer problem during they are fixing
- Work with fiber team to check and follow up customer pending
- Check and verify the customer's connection after they fixed
- Process record and keep update the daily fiber customer complaint.
- Make the weekly report then send to management.
- Other task assign by manager
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience
- Routine physical activities that are required to fulfill job responsibilities
- Have work experience with IT technical support or relative skill with ISP company
- Can communication in english and chinese is plus
- Chinese speaking is priority
- Be able to work at Bavet and Sihanouk Ville
