• Install and configure computer hardware, Printer, Camera security.
• Install and configure operating systems,
• Monitor and maintain computer systems.
• Take employees through a series of actions, either face-to face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Troubleshooting systems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults,
• Accurately record, Priorities and update all support request through the helpdesk software.
• Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports,
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system,
• Support the roll-out of new applications,
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate),
• Prioritize and manage many open cases on time,
• Establish a good working relationship with vendors and other professionals, such as hardware and software providers,
• Test and evaluate new technology,
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment,
• Maintain a sufficient inventory of all computer supplies
• Other related tasks

• Bachelor degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 3-year experience in the similar role.
• Sound knowledge of computer science and technical support,
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to diagnose and correct hardware and software configuration problems,
• Selt-motivated, Selt-indicative and Self-commitment, pleasant personality and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independency and in a team environment.
• Good Command of spoken and written English.
