Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the delivery team is operating as a sufficient point of contact for any matters specific to customers originated by the sales team
  • Ensure you, the sales team and client relationship team are building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objective
  • Develop customer relationship team processes, procedures and capacity. Ensuring the team is periodically following up with clients in a systematic manner
  • Making weekly phone calls with clients discussing performance of their campaigns and informing them of any new products that REAKH are selling
  • Delegate tasks to the delivery team based on client agreements and internal REAKH strategy
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the content, delivery, customer support and accounting/finance team
  • Prepare and attend weekly delivery meetings and monthly team meetings
  • Identifying and mitigating/eliminating existing inefficiencies, operational issues and flows
  • Implementing quality assurance measures to improve business monitoring
  • Monitor delivery, performance, and ad quality to ensure REAKH is reaching optimum performance
  • Address day-to-day issues and questions from clients and internal personnel; assist with troubleshooting technical/operational issues
  • Work closely with the Account Management, Sales, and Content teams to push not only revenue, but also REAKH and product development
  • Managing the bosses schedule the meeting, admin, and going on all meeting with the boss.
  • Ensure how to update and complied presentations and proposals.
Job Requirements:
  • Female only
  • English, Khmer, and Chinese is plus
  • Have excellent English conversation skills
  • Are experienced in customer relationship management
  • Pride yourself on your organizational skills
  • Love getting the job done quickly with an attention to detail
  • Love working on the internet
  • Have fantastic experience using MS Word, Excel
  • Love learning new things especially on the internet
  • Are self-disciplined with good work ethic
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
  • Have a strong sense of integrity and honest
