Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Answer the telephone and direct calls to staff members
  • Welcome and greet visitors entering the office
  • Attend to queries from the public and guests
  • General administrative and clerical support, including booking cars or taxis, arranging the schedules of driver and messenger, scanning and printing documents, sending and receiving mail and packages, typing documents, filing, binding and photocopying
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the meeting rooms and the front office area
  • Other administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements:
  • Cambodian citizen
  • University student, or those with at least one year of university-level education completed
  • Excellence in English language, both written and spoken
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet usage
  • Active and friendly
  • One years’ experience in international company preferred.
