Roles & Responsibilities:

As Post-Sales Technical Support Engineer, your job responsibilities and target are as follows;

1 Provide daily support to customer trouble tickets
2 Provide remote or on-site troubleshooting and resolution services as well as follow up with product vendors on unresolved trouble tickets till a satisfactory solution is concluded
3 Provide 24X7 on call and on-site engineering support
4 Provide periodic progress up-dates of major customer issues determined by the Management
5 Manage customer expectations and secure customer satisfaction in relation to SLA deliverable and unresolved trouble tickets
6 Conduct hardware & software regression tests on new software or hardware
7 Provide new equipment installation and commissioning services
8 Provide preventive maintenance services to customer systems
9 Support the sales for any Proof of Concept in Cambodia
10 Any other duties as may assign by the Management
Job Requirements:

Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree
-Familiar with IP technology.
-2 years of prior experience.
-Able to communicate in English.
-Able to work in a busy environment.
