- Developing existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for modification on various operating systems.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting system by monitoring, identifying and correcting system defects.
- Prepare ERP system documentation: User Requirement Collection Document, System Design Document, System Architecture Document, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Conduct system user training if necessary.
- Troubleshoot the system issue and support.
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in IT or other related field
- Experienced with any ERP and CRM System
- Understanding of Finance and Accounting Concepts
- Good time management and ability to perform multi-task and prioritize workload
- Good at problem solving & communication skill
- Good at English communication both written and speaking
- Honest, patient, initiative and able to work with less supervision
