• Create, implement, and manage project plans for the development and implementation of digital transformation, enhancement and integration;
• Oversee and facilitate the evaluation and selection of functionality, technology and application;
• Enable use of available technology by promoting digital adoption within and outside the organization;
• Manage the day-to-day execution of projects. This includes tracking problems and driving resolutions;
• Implement and support loan origination system. And roll out digital platforms to transform the client journeys and experiences;
• Develop and maintain the system integration between Institution and partners and/or other channels through the standard and secure API;
• Actively participate in requirements analysis and provides input to the software champion;
• Track and report project status and propose mitigation actions to line manager;
• Identify the needs of training and education for the users and software engineers to develop a continuous process of improvement by learning;
• Prepare the documentation and user manual of each system;
• Work closely with various departments to engineer and solve the requirements related to reporting, patching and information generation;
• Delegate, coordinate, and create a motivational environment for the team to effectively meet their deliverables and achieve results;
• Apply international standard of the digital system development and support to the digital & channels team;
• Assist in development of the Institution’s technology strategy;
• Develop technology research capacity and capability to meet with the Institution’s business current requirement and future requirement;
• Maintain, support and enhancement CBC B2B system by working with CBC Company; and
• Perform other tasks assigned by Deputy ICT Manager and/or Senior ICT Manager.

• Bachelor Degree of Information Technology, or Computer Science is required;
• At least 3 years of experience in related job;
• Good experience of programming such as ASP.net, C#, Spring Framework, Java, Java Script and SQL Server;
• Good experience with JSON and RESTful or SOAP APIs;
• Experience of design and develop IOS or Android mobile applications are required;
• Experience working with react-native or flutter is required;
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill;
• Be friendly, honestly, be able to work under the pressure and to cope with rapid changes and new challenges;
• Good knowledge of English.
