1. Ensure business target
- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly revenue target
- Brand awareness for FlexOffice and Colokit
- Develop channel system oriented toward the company's direction and strategy.
2. Implement
- Make and keep good relationship with customers
- Research customer’s opinion and end-user behavior as well as other information as assigned
- Collect and solve customer’s complaint
- Collect data on competitors’ tactics, market conditions timely and accurately
- Display and arrange products on shelves, ensure product display stands clean, beautiful
- Support to deploy marketing activities: POS Activation, School Activation, Charity, Market research…
- Review and propose solutions: selling method, activities, new products to achieve revenue target
- Cooperate, supervise and train distributor’s sales staffs
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- College/University graduation - Basic IT skills: Word, Excel - Honest, Hard-working, Responsible - Language: Khmer (native speaker), English (Intermediate) - Welcome all non-experienced candidates |
