Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide payment summary report
• Monthly sale rebate and reconciliation with finance/customers
• Month produces issuance to customers
• Create PO and PR rebate customers
• Create new outlets
• Review and create current customer’s contracts
• Follow up warehouse and driver for products delivery
• Follow up Cooler/post mix request and placement
• Opening new outlets two days processing
• Prepare and print documents to sign off by manager
• Buy produces and bring sampling products and price list
• Request and urgent delivery to the store
• HORECA POSM for outlets delivery by executive
• Delivery promotion POSM and Premium items
• Collect payment from customers
• Provide customer summary statement
• Committee with accounts team re credit customers
• Meeting new customer / potential customers
• Meting Store/Manger to do a promotion
• Working close with designer to do the artwork re promotion
• Route ride with sale rep
• Lead sale rep by example
• Market Visit

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of business, sales/marketing, or related field preferred
• 03 years’ experiences as a Key Account in FMCG
• Supervisory and training skills gained in various cultural and working environments in both local and International companies
• Experience managing a high performance sales team
• Good computer literacy: Ms. Office, Excel and E-mail
• Able to work independence and work as a team
• Valid car driving license
• Effective English communication skills, both oral and written
• Interpersonal skills gained by doing business, working in team situations as a leader, facilitator and participant
• Strong management skill, sales strategy and planning
• Great sense of empathy and fairness
• Problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to assess client needs, design and implement appropriate training
• Initiative, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to assess other resources for specific research tasks
