- Record revenue to Accounting System.
- Control and update clients listing.
- Call and follow up with outstanding customers for payment.
- Ensure on time collection enquirers and escalating.
- Deposit cash and cheque into bank.
- Ensure all invoices, receipts are filed properly and kept per local statutory requirement.
- Ensure that all data process is capture correctly into the system before or by deadline of closing.
- Prepare revenue reports to management.
Other tasks will be assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance and accounting or related to field.
- Knowledge in basic accounting principle and accounting software
- Can be communicate in English.
- Computer Knowledge (Excel, world, power point….etc…)
- Good relationship team work and clients.
