- Timely and accurately booking invoices and payment vouchers (Check and TT)
- Voucher preparation/obtain signature
- Prepare program amortizations (CTN, CNC, MyTV & CTN international program
License & Dubbing)
- Program Amortization Report (Program license & dubbing) Reconciliation with program department
- AP and other account allocations
- Quarterly supplier reconciliation
- Bank Reconciliation
- Monthly Prepaid program accounts monitoring and resolve the outstanding transaction with proper documents.
- Monthly AP Aging List
Job Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Accounting
- Good computer literacy: SUN System, and Ms. Office
- Good interpersonal skill
- Detail oriented, Hardworking, Able to work under pressure
- Pay attention in detail, Fast learning
