Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Welcoming customers when customers enter to office
2.Provide company related information and guide customers to the relevant offices and inform to direct supervisor for any problem
3.Receive and keep all document and pass it to related department
4.Answer customer phone call and make an outgoing call based on request from colleagues
5.Booking car, meeting room, and a VIP room for other department
6.Other work assigned by Head of human resource and administration
Job Requirements:

Education/
Experience
-Fresh graduated student

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
-Honest, friendly and hardworking
-Patience and the ability to explain thing clearly
-Can communication in English (Knowing Chinese is priority)
